Running a venue or org and don't have time for a form? Email your event straight to events@tulsagays.com, flyer and all. We write it up in our voice and add it to the calendar for you.
Two rules to make it count:
- Send it by Sunday night to make Monday's post, the Tuesday newsletter, and the weekly social roundup. Later still goes on the site, it just may miss that week's push.
- Include the basics: event name, date, start time, venue name and address, and a link. A flyer or photo is perfect if you have one.
